Learn About Nootropics & Racetam Supplements
Hi, my name is Peter and I am working on getting my engineering degree. This is a great goal for me and I struggle with it constantly. I have never been diagnosed with ADHD however sometimes I feel like I must have some form of it because I have always had problems focusing. For this reason I turned to nootropics as a remedy for this situation.

When I go to study I am constantly distracted. I get restless and annoyed. Sometimes I think that if it wasn’t for my great sense of motivation, I would just try to abandon my goals and give up. I decide to keep going but sometimes it is very hard. For this reason I am looking into trying different nootropics to remedy this situation. I have been reading a lot of forums on Reddit and Lonegcity about positive benefits relating to these so called nootropics.

The first nootropic I looked into was piracetam. I found some off Ebay.com and gave it a shot. My buddy Bill recommended piracetam to me. Like with anything, I put a large amount of research into it. I did a lot of research on Google Scholar and there were numerous studies on piracetam and its effects of the brain.

Apparently, piracetam is a drug that belongs to a group of drugs known as racetams. I did some more research and found out about other racetams that are apparently much stronger. There are other racetams like Pramiracetam, Aniracetam, Noopept, Phenylpiracetam and more.

According to my research online, these racetams improve acetylcholine receptors. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that is involved in cognitive function like learning and memory, focus and muscle coordination. These racetams also influence the AMPA and NDMA glutamate receptors.

Anyway, so I tried the piracetam and I cannot say that I felt too much other than placebo effect. I did feel a sense of calmness and great focus but it was nothing overwhelming. I was personally a little disappointed because all the blogs online claimed it to be this miracle drug.

So now I am looking into getting modafinil. I am seriously upset because I cannot focus and the doc won’t give me a script for modafinil. I think modafinil will help me the best but it is really hard to get and I don’t feel like breaking the law.

I am looking into getting adrafinil powder. It apparently breaks down into modafinil and is completely legal within the US. It has a slight liver toxicity which is comparable to Tylenol so it is nothing serious for the average healthy student. I am really interested in trying adrafinil and will give it a shot within the next week or so. I am going to update my blog as soon as I try it. Thanks guys.

Your Pal,
